INSTANCE TCG — ORBIT DISPLAY STUDY Interactive product concept / October 2026 WHAT THIS IS A true 3D visualization of a proposed paired display system. Every angle is rendered from the same geometry. This is a design concept, not a validated CAD model, STL, universal slab fit guarantee, or production-ready product. THE DESIGN Hero display: 184 mm wide × 128 mm deep base, 22 mm base body, approximately 210 mm tall including the open asymmetric portal. A 104 × 36 × 13 mm exchangeable saddle receives a removable liner. A generic 88 × 140 × 8 mm sample case leans backward 12 degrees. A supported rear spine, root boots and four non-slip feet are shown. The passive print concept uses keyed/glued assembly. Freebies stand: 132 × 128 × 22 mm base; one open approximately 96 × 46 mm internal pocket; 43 mm front wall with thumb scoop down to 29 mm; 72 mm back wall. Sample sleeves/cards lean backward 10 degrees. The nominal 72 mm dimension excludes cards. The pair has an 18 mm base-to-base gap. A concealed removable 60 × 16 × 3 mm bridge is a positioning concept only, not a lifting connection. Body and portal are matte charcoal-black, with narrow opposing blue/red inlays. Lighting is an optional concept, off by default. The wordmark is a simplified proposed brand application. Sample cards use original abstract illustrative artwork and are not real trading cards. FIT AND MANUFACTURING Nominal dimensions require physical testing against the exact slabs, sleeves and card stacks you use. Validate tipping stability, retention, center of gravity, tolerance, assembly access, assembly, edge finish and camera visibility. Segmenting the portal, internal mounting, wall thickness and print orientation require production CAD. This viewer does not export manufacturing files. CONTROLS Drag or touch to orbit; wheel or pinch to zoom. Use camera presets for front, rear, both sides, top and underside. Choose the pair or a single stand. Toggle slab/raw card, sample cards, dimensions, optional lighting, and turntable. Save Image downloads the current canvas as a PNG. Reset restores the default. RUN LOCALLY All runtime JavaScript and artwork are bundled, with no CDN dependency, tracking or external API. 1. Extract the ZIP. 2. Open a terminal inside the dist folder. 3. Run: python3 -m http.server 8080 4. Visit http://localhost:8080 ES modules require HTTP; double-clicking index.html may be blocked by your browser. A modern browser with WebGL is required. HOST ON YOUR WEBSITE Upload the contents of dist to any static web host. Keep the assets folder next to index.html. Shopify: host this static folder on an HTTPS origin you control, then embed that URL in an approved theme/custom-liquid section using an iframe, or have your developer move the scripts/styles into theme assets and adapt the module URLs. Embedding requires your host to permit framing. The hosted study has been made public with your approval. The custom domain viewer.wackymclovin.com is being connected separately. No Shopify store or theme has been changed. Suggested iframe: SOURCE assets/app.js contains the parametric display geometry, procedural card art and controls. assets/style.css and index.html contain the responsive presentation. A same-model rendered fallback is included for browsers without WebGL. In fallback mode, product/format/lighting/dimension toggles are disabled and Cycle views steps through the seven stills. Three.js r170, OrbitControls and RoundedBoxGeometry are bundled locally under the MIT License. See assets/THREE-LICENSE.txt. VALIDATION STATUS Geometry creation and 45 control-state/camera checks pass in a Node canvas test harness. JavaScript syntax checks pass. The private Site is deployed successfully. Public access is verified. The cloud browser has WebGL disabled; full 3D rendering, mobile visual and touch tests remain unverified. Browsers without WebGL now receive the same-model seven-angle image gallery, with viewpoint selection, cycling and image download. All-angle still images are rendered from the exact exported viewer meshes with offline studio lighting. They are not browser screenshots.
